Dr. Daniel E. Haupt has spent more than two decades at the intersection of human development, higher education, workforce strategy, and faith-informed community leadership. His work is unified by a single conviction: every person carries within them a unique design — and when that design is discovered and activated, it becomes the foundation for a life of meaning, contribution, and lasting impact.

The Story
From Personal Discovery to Purposeful Mission
Dr. Haupt's journey began not in a classroom or a boardroom, but in a moment of personal reckoning — a season of questioning that led him to the conviction that purpose is not found, it is uncovered. That discovery became the seed of everything that followed.
He built a body of work that spans coaching, higher education leadership, workforce development, community organizing, and faith formation. His research into first-generation college-student persistence shaped the book Learning to Stay and deepened his commitment to the people most often left behind by traditional systems.
He founded the Destiny Community Development Center to bring the same human-development framework to underserved communities — moving people from crisis to stability to opportunity. He launched PrayFastDaily.org as a platform for faith formation that welcomes all.
Today, Dr. Haupt's work is more integrated than ever. Whether he is coaching an individual, teaching, speaking at a conference, or leading a community initiative, the mission is the same: help people discover their unique design and build a life worthy of it.
